Dear Valued Maybank Credit Cardholders,

Use your Maybank Credit Card for your everyday purchases and earn Maybank TREATS Points across various transaction categories.

Effective 10 September 2026, the transactions that are not eligible to earn Maybank TREATS Points will be updated as follows:

Monthly bill payments via Maybank XBill, Maybank XCash/Cash Advance, and QR payments funded by a Maybank Credit Card.
Payment transactions including the following categories:
1. Online taxes, customs, immigration fees, BPJS, or other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 9311 (tax), and 9399 (government services), 9211 (Court Costs), and MCC 9222 (Fines).
2. Electricity, drinking water, or other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900 (utilities) with a transaction value above IDR10,000,000 per card.
3. Merchants that sell prepared food and beverages intended for immediate consumption, or other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5814 (Fast Food Restaurants).
4. Charitable Organizations, or any other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 8398 (Charitable and Social Service Organizations).
5. Fuel Stations, or any other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5541 (Fuel Stations) and MCC 5542 (Automated Fuel Dispensers).
6. Parking Services, or any other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 7523 (Parking Lots, Parking Meters, and Garages).
7. Entertain, atau transaksi lain yang termasuk dalam Merchant Category Code (MCC) 7994 (Arena Permainan), 7841 (Penyewaan Video), dan 7832 (Bioskop).
8. Wholesale Clubs, or any other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5300 (Wholesale Clubs).
9. Entertainment, or any other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 7994 (Video Game Arcades), 7841 (Video Rental Stores), and 7832 (Motion Picture Theaters).

Monthly bill payments via Maybank XBill, Maybank XCash/Cash Advance, and QR payments funded by a Maybank Credit Card.
Payment transactions including the following categories:
1. Online taxes, customs, immigration fees, BPJS, or other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 9311 (tax), and 9399 (government services), 9211 (Court Costs), and MCC 9222 (Fines).
2. Electricity, drinking water, or other transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900 (utilities) with a transaction value above IDR10,000,000 per card.
3. Merchants within the special merchant segment under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5814.

These changes to the terms and conditions apply to all Maybank Credit Card products, including the multiplier earning scheme and category-specific earning scheme for each Maybank Credit Card product, such as the Maybank Visa Platinum, Maybank Manchester United Credit Card, BMW Maybank Credit Card, and MINI Maybank Credit Card.
