Thank you for your trust in choosing PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) as your banking partner.

As part of our ongoing system maintenance to enhance banking services, please be informed that effective 21 April 2026, certain services will be unavailable on M2U ID Web (internet banking), specifically for Customers who hold Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account /Current Account/iB Current Account with a joint “AND” account.

The impact is as follows:

  1. Savings accounts cannot be used as a source of funds for financial transactions via M2U ID Web (internet banking).
  2. Balance inquiry and account transaction history will be unavailable, as the accounts will not be displayed on M2U ID Web.

Customers can still use joint AND” accounts for financial transactions at the nearest Maybank Indonesia branch.
