We would like to inform you that effective 10 May 2026, there will be adjustments of the regulation for Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings Account/Current Account/iB Current Account, in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 24 of 2025 concerning Account Management at Commercial Banks as follows:

*) Balance Inquiry transactions will be implemented gradually as a parameter for maintaining an ‘Active’ account status. A more detailed explanation can be found in the FAQ at the link below. Further updates regarding this development will be communicated on the official Maybank website.

Also applied for Conventional and Sharia Savings products. In addition, new provisions will also apply to Maybank Global Access / Global Access Signature / Global Access iB / Global Access Signature iB Savings account, which will be launched on April 1, 2026.
