Notification regarding changes on Smart Spending Benefit for Maybank U/U iB Savings Accounts & Maybank Payroll One/Payroll One iB Savings Accounts

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your loyalty and trust in choosing PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk ("Maybank Indonesia") as your banking partner.

We hereby inform you that effective 1 April 2026, there will be changes to the terms and conditions of 10% cashback Smart Spending feature of Maybank U/U iB Savings Account and Maybank Payroll One/Payroll One iB Savings Account.

No	Valid until 31 March 2026	Valid effective 1 April 2026
1	Customers obtain 10% cashback up to IDR250,000 from transactions, paying bills, activating U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account or Payroll Goal Saver/Payroll Goal Saver iB account and must maintain an average monthly balance.	Customers obtain 10% cashback up to IDR250,000 from transactions, paying bills, activating U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account or Payroll Goal Saver/Payroll Goal Saver iB account and must maintain an average monthly balance, does not count balance that is blocked in Customers account (excludes minimum balance cannot be withdrawn , as per product feature).
2	The maximum cashback is IDR250,000 per product.	The maximum cashback is IDR250,000 per Customer.

This change does not include the following transaction types and cashback calculations:

10% cashback is earned from transactions using Maybank Debit Card, Maybank QR Pay & Bill payments via M2U ID App (mobile banking).

Customers must have a U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account or Payroll Goal Saver/Payroll Goal Saver iB account & must maintain an average balance according to the following table:

Smart Spending cashback will be credited to the Customers’ U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account or Payroll Goal Saver/Payroll Goal Saver iB account that was opened earlier and is in active status, with no later than the last working day of the following month.
