Dear Corporate Customers,

Thank you for your trust in using the Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card.

We hereby inform you that effective 15 April 2026, Maybank Indonesia, together with Celebrity Fitness and Fitness First, will terminate the cooperation for the Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Co-brand Credit Card product.Accordingly, as of 15 April 2026, your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card can no longer be used for transactions or to enjoy its benefits.

Please be assured that Maybank Indonesia remains committed to serving your banking and credit card needs. To continuing to support an active and healthy lifestyle, a replacement card, the Maybank Manchester United Credit Card, will be sent to your registered address starting April 1, 2026, with an estimated delivery period of 3 (three) business days for the Greater Jakarta area and 5-7 business days for outside the Greater Jakarta area.

Here are some important details to help ensure a smooth transition:

1. Your Maybank TREATS Cash
   Any Maybank TREATS Cash you have accumulated on your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card can still be redeemed until 14 April 2026. If it is not redeemed by that date, the remaining balance will be automatically converted into cashback and credited to your Maybank Manchester United Credit Card statement, or to your new Maybank Manchester United Credit Card, so you won’t miss out on your rewards.
2. Replacement of Your Card
   If you already hold a Maybank Manchester United Credit Card, it will automatically replace your Maybank Celebrity Fitness/Fitness First Credit Card. In this case, no additional replacement card will be issued, and you may continue using your existing Maybank Manchester United Credit Card as usual.
3. Your Credit Limit
   The credit limit on your Maybank Manchester United Credit Card will follow the limit currently applied to your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card, or your primary Maybank Credit Card, ensuring no disruption to your available credit.
4. Bill Payments
   You may continue making payments toward your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card using the existing card number until your outstanding balance is fully settled. To avoid late fees or any impact on your credit standing, please ensure payments are made on time.
5. Existing Installment Plans
   If you have any ongoing installment transactions on your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card, you may continue paying the remaining installments as scheduled using the same card number until the installment plan is completed.
6. Recurring or Subscription Payments
   If you have any recurring or subscription payments linked to your Maybank Celebrity Fitness and/or Fitness First Credit Card, we kindly recommend re-registering those payments with another Maybank Credit Card. Please contact the relevant service provider to update your new credit card details to avoid any service disruption.
