Referring to Bank Indonesia’s letter No.27/929/DPSP/Adm and letter from the Directorate General of Treasury No. S-343/PB.3/2025 regarding the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) 2026 holidays, please be informed that there will be adjustments to the operating hours of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) branch offices as follows:

Customers can continue to conduct financial transactions through:

• The M2U ID App (Mobile Banking), M2U ID Web (Internet Banking), and M2E for Corporate Customers.
• More than 600 Maybank ATMs connected to local networks (ATM Bersama, PRIMA, ALTO) as well as international networks (Visa, Plus, Mastercard, JCB, APN).
