We hereby inform you that the branch office of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”), KCP Pulo Brayan Medan, located at Jl. K.L. Yos Sudarso No. 2 M–N, Pulo Brayan, Medan, has resumed operations as of 1 December 2025.

Customers may also continue to conduct banking transactions through:

  • M2U ID App (Mobile Banking), M2U ID Web (Internet Banking), and M2E for Corporate Customers.
  • More than 800 Maybank ATMs connected to local networks (ATM Bersama, PRIMA, ALTO) as well as international networks (Visa, Plus, Mastercard, JCB, MEPS, APN).
