Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your loyalty and trust in choosing PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) as your banking partner.

As part of our commitment to continuously enhance the quality of our banking services, effective 1 November 2025, there will be an Addition to the Terms and Conditions of Deposit Accounts related to QQ Accounts, with details as follows:

No	QQ Account Type	Addition of Terms & Conditions Effective 1 November 2025
1	Individual	An Individual QQ Account is an account owned by the First Party (the parent/legal guardian of the Second Party), who acts on behalf of the Second Party (the fund owner) who is under 17 years old or under guardianship. The opening, operation, and withdrawal of funds are carried out by the First Party, while still including the Second Party’s data in accordance with the Bank’s requirements. Account closure at the maintaining branch: If the Second Party is under 17 years old/not married/still under guardianship, the closure is carried out by the First Party with their original identification. If the Second Party is already 17 years old or married and not under guardianship, the closure can be: Conducted jointly by both the First Party and Second Party with their original identifications. Specifically for Parent QQ Child accounts: The First Party may close the account independently with their original identification and proof of parent-child relationship (Family Card/Birth Certificate). The Second Party may close the account independently with their original identification, the First Party’s identification, and proof of parent-child relationship. If the First Party passes away or is unable to act on behalf of the Second Party and the Second Party is under 17 years old, unmarried, or under guardianship, closure can only be performed by a legal guardian/curator appointed by a court. If the First Party passes away or is unable to act on behalf of the Second Party and the Second Party is already 17 years old or married and not under guardianship, the Second Party is entitled to close the account with supporting documents (death certificate/official statement, identification, birth certificate). If the Second Party passes away, the account will be closed by the legal heir(s) in accordance with the law.
2	Business Entity/Legal Entity	QQ Account for Business Entity/Legal Entity is a QQ account owned by the First Party (Government Institution) on behalf of the Second Party (Business Entity/Legal Entity) and is opened as required by legislation or regulations of the relevant institution. The opening, operation, and closure of the account are carried out by the Second Party by presenting a letter of statement/instruction from the First Party.
