We hereby inform you that, effective 21 July 2025, there will be changes to the fees and charges for Maybank Credit Cards as follows:

Fee type	Fee valid until 20 July 2025	Fee effective date 21 July 2025
Cash withdrawal fees	6% of transaction value or min. IDR200,000	6% of transaction value or min. IDR299,000
Hardcopy bill sheet printing costs	IDR30,000 per print	IDR49,000 per print
Cost of reprinting hardcopy bill sheets	IDR30,000 per print	IDR49,000 per print
Dispute fees	IDR30,000 per incident	IDR49,000 per incident
