Referring to Government Regulation No. 8 of 2025 dated 1 March 2025, regarding the Amendment of Provisions on Export Proceeds and Import Proceeds related to the obligation of fund placement, we would like to inform you that effective 1 March 2025, there will be an adjustment for Corporate Customers using Maybank Current Accounts & iB Current Accounts for Export Proceeds (DHE) of Natural Resources (SDA) regarding daily transactions.

Before 1 March 2025

Effective 1 March 2025

Corporate Customers using Maybank Current Accounts & iB Current Accounts for Export Proceeds (DHE) of Natural Resources (SDA) can conduct both financial and non-financial transactions via M2E.

Financial transactions for Corporate Customers using Maybank Current Accounts & iB Current Accounts for Export Proceeds (DHE) of Natural Resources (SDA) can only be conducted at Maybank branch offices and for non-financial transactions can still be carried out through M2E, including:

Account summary
Balance information
Account statement
IDR transaction (conversion)

We will continue to enhance M2E features and services and will provide regular updates to ensure your transaction convenience through the official Maybank Indonesia website.
