SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT MAYBANK PREMIER

Dear Maybank Premier Customers,

We would like to inform you that, effective 1 December 2024, there are new terms regarding Maybank Premier services:

1. The Airport Lounge facility for Maybank Premier ATM/Debit Cardholders is as follows:

Terms and Conditions for Free Airport Lounge Services:

• Customers may enjoy the Airport Lounge in accordance with the table above, with a maximum of 2 visits per month.
• The Airport Lounge service is free of charge, and is only available to holders of Maybank ATM/Debit World Premier Card or Maybank Premier customers holding a Maybank Visa Infinite/BMW/MINI Credit Card.
• If the quota for Airport Lounge usage is not fully utilized within one (1) year, the remaining quota will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the following year.
• If the use of the Airport Lounge service exceeds the specified quota or does not meet the applicable provisions, the Customer will be charged according to the price per arrival applicable at each Airport Lounge used. Fees will be debited from your Maybank Premier Savings or billed to the Maybank Credit Card used and can be seen in the statement for the next 2 (two) following months for Maybank Savings or in the statement for the next 2 (two) cycle for Maybank Credit Cards.

  Basic MCU Package
  The Basic MCU Package includes tests to evaluate general health, including kidney function tests, lipid profile, liver function tests, blood sugar levels, and a complete blood profile of an individual.
  Complete MCU Package
  The Complete MCU Package includes tests to assess general health, focusing on organ function and body metabolism, to detect any abnormalities or common potentially harmful conditions such as blood disorders, metabolic issues (fat and sugar processing), and liver, kidney, and thyroid dysfunctions.
  Airport Handling
  A special service at the airport to expedite the check-in and baggage process.
  Airport Pick-up
  Exclusive transportation service from the airport to your destination.
• Free Provision Fees, 0% Special Interest, and a Rp2 Million Discount on Admin Fees
  Available for Maybank Auto Financing (KPM) applications.
