As part of our commitment to prioritize safe and convenient banking transactions for all our Customers, herewith we inform you the Adjustment of Password User Expiredof M2E for Corporate Customers and Individual Customers, effective 13 May 2024, as follows

Previous provision

Effective 13 May 2024

Customers are required to change M2E password every 60 days Customers are required to change M2E password every 90 days

With this adjustment, Customers are required to change their M2E password every 90 days. This step is taken with consideration for Customer’s convenience while ensuring security standards are well maintained.
