As our commitment to continuously improve the quality of service for the Customers, we hereby to inform you that there is an adjustment to the fee structure of Maybank Savings Account and Maybank Current Account, which will be effective on 1 February 2024.

The adjustment to the fee structure of Maybank Savings Account and Maybank Current Account are as follows:

Additional Information:

  1. Bank statements print out and delivery (physical/printed) charges for are applicable for Maybank Savings Account and Maybank Current Account products (Conventional and Shariah) in IDR currency as well as for both existing and new accounts.
  2. Types of Maybank Savings Account and Maybank Current Account products referred in point 1 above include Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account, MAKSI/MAKSI iB, Woman One/Woman One iB, Pro/Pro iB, Superkidz/Superkidz iB, TabunganKu/TabunganKu iB, MyArafah, MyWadiah, U/U iB, Co Branding/Co Branding iB, RDN/RDN iB & Maybank Giro/Giro iB.
  3. Customers have the option to change from statement to e-statement through the nearest Branch Office or Maybank Customer Care.
  4. Changes to the Maybank Savings Account product fee structure in point B above are applicable to all customers owning Savings Account type in point B, and for both existing and new accounts.
