We hereby inform you that RTOL (Real Time Online Transfer) Transfer Transaction Services to Bank Maspion and Bank MUFG through channels currently available at Maybank will be temporarily closed effective 10 December 2023 until further notice. As a result, Customers are not able to utilize the aforementioned service.

The RTOL (Real Time Online Transfer) Transfer Transaction Services will be temporarily closed on the following channels:

Regarding RTOL (Real Time Online Transfer) Transfer Transaction Services to Bank Maspion and Bank MUFG, Customers are still be able to make transfer transaction via BI-FAST as an alternative.
