In regards with the adjustment of proof of ownership of special accounts for individual Customers that we have previously informed, effective February 2024 Individual Customers both Conventional and Sharia will receive the adjustment of Proof of Ownership Special Individual Customers Account in the form of a Consolidated Statement.
The Consolidated Statement received by Customer in the February 2024 period is a report of the entire financial portfolio held by the Customer as of December 2023 and January 2024 period.
Ensure to update your data, so that what is recorded in the Maybank Indonesia system is the latest data, especially the email address so that you can receive the Consolidated Statement that will be sent every month. Update your email address data by selecting one of the methods below:
