As our commitment to prioritize the convenience of transactions for all our customers, herewith we inform you the Provisions of Maybank ATM/Debit Card Replacement Fees (Conventional & Sharia) effective 23 August 2023.

Channel to Request Maybank ATM/Debit Card Current Terms and Conditions New Terms and Conditions

Maybank Branch

  • If the replacement of the Maybank ATM/Debit Card is made before the card expires, a card replacement fee will be charged according to applicable terms & conditions
  • If the replacement of the Maybank ATM/Debit Card is made after the card expires, no charge will be incurred

Example:

The validity period written on the card is 03/23, if card replacement is made in March 2023 onwards, the Card replacement is FREE of charge

If Card replacement is made before or in March 2023, the card replacement fee will be charged.

FREE of charge for Maybank ATM/Debit Card replacement with the following conditions:

  • The validity period of Maybank ATM/Debit Cards is a maximum of 3 months before the card's expiration date. Information on the expiration date of the Maybank ATM/Debit Card on the front of the Maybank ATM/Debit Card, namely VALID THRU MM/YY.
  • Maybank ATM/Debit Card validity period has expired

Example:

The validity period of the card written is 03/23, Customer can apply for a replacement of the Maybank ATM/Debit Card with free of charge, starting in January 2023 (max. 3 months before the card expires).

(mobile banking)

  • There is no minimum/maximum month for applying for an Maybank ATM/Debit Card replacement, an Maybank ATM/Debit Card replacement request can be submitted at any time.
  • Maybank ATM/Debit Card replacement request can be submitted on the card Management menu and a card replacement fee is IDR20,000.
  • Card replacement fee due to the expiration date is IDR20,000 and will be refunded to the Customer's account maximum in the following month through a request from the Customer to the Branch Office or via Maybank Customer Care at 150061.
