Dear Valued Customers,
Based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 22/7/PBI/2020 concerning Adjustments to the Implementation of Several Bank Indonesia Regulations as A Result of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic and Bank Indonesia Press Release regarding Credit Card min. Payments and Late Charges, 2 (two) of the regulations above will be extended until 31st December 2023.
We hereby to inform you the provisions regarding Adjustment of Service Fees of Maybank Credit Cards, as follows:
| No | Provisions on Maybank Credit Card | Fees & Charges until 31st December 2023 |
| 1 | Minimum payment | 5% of the Total Billing |
| 2 | Late Payment Charges |
1% of the Total Billing with minimum of IDR75,000 & maximum of IDR100,000 |
