Jakarta, 31 March 2022 – PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. ("Maybank Indonesia or the Bank") held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS”) at the Maybank Indonesia Head Office today in Senayan, Jakarta.

The General Meeting also approved the use of the Company’s Net Profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 of Rp1.471.070.391.742, - with the following designations:
President Director of Maybank Indonesia, Taswin Zakaria said, "We would like to congratulate on the reappointment of Commissioner, Independent Commissioner and Directors of Maybank Indonesia, as well as Chairman and member of Maybank Indonesia's Shariah Supervisory Board. The reappointments will further strengthen the synergy and business continuity in carrying out our M25+ strategy."
Moreover, Taswin also conveyed appreciation to shareholders for their support to Maybank Indonesia throughout 2022.
