Maybank Indonesia held Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Jakarta, 31 March 2022 – PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. ("Maybank Indonesia or the Bank") held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS”) at the Maybank Indonesia Head Office today in Senayan, Jakarta.

The Bank’s AGMS approved the followings:

1. Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022;
2. Reappointment of Edwin Gerungan as Commissioner, and Hendar as Independent Commissioner of Maybank Indonesia with office term starting from the closing of the AGMS until the closing of the Bank’s AGMS in 2026;
3. Reappointment of Effendi, Steffano Ridwan and Ricky Antariksa as Directors of Maybank Indonesia with office term starting from the closing of the AGMS until the closing of the Bank’s AGMS in 2026; and,
4. Reappointment of Muhammad Anwar Ibrahim as Chairman of Shariah Supervisory Board and Mohammad Bagus Teguh Perwira as member of Shariah Supervisory Board with office term starting from the closing of the AGMS until the closing of the Bank’s AGMS in 2024.

Following is the structure of Maybank Indonesia’s Board of Commissioners and Directors based on the AGMS approvals:

The General Meeting also approved the use of the Company’s Net Profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 of Rp1.471.070.391.742, - with the following designations:

1. A maximum of 40% or equivalent to Rp588.428.156.697,- will be disbursed as cash dividends to shareholders with a value of IDR 7.72061 per share;
2. The remaining of 60% or equivalent to Rp882.642.235.045, - will be allocated as Retained Earnings.

President Director of Maybank Indonesia, Taswin Zakaria said, "We would like to congratulate on the reappointment of Commissioner, Independent Commissioner and Directors of Maybank Indonesia, as well as Chairman and member of Maybank Indonesia's Shariah Supervisory Board. The reappointments will further strengthen the synergy and business continuity in carrying out our M25+ strategy."

Moreover, Taswin also conveyed appreciation to shareholders for their support to Maybank Indonesia throughout 2022.
