Withdraw cash at ATM	6% of the transaction value or a minimum of IDR 100,000	6% of the transaction value or a minimum of IDR 200,000
Hardcopy Billing Statement	IDR15 thousand per printing	IDR30 thousand per printing
Credit Limit Increase Fee
Temporary Permanent	IDR25 thousand per submission IDR50 thousand per submission	IDR75 thousand per submission IDR100 thousand per submission
Over Limit Fee	IDR150 thousand	IDR250 thousand
Lost Card / Card Replacement Fee	IDR75 thousand per event	IDR100 thousand per event
Notification fee	IDR5 thousand	IDR7,5 thousand
