PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (Maybank Indonesia) once again won award in the category of 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020' and in the category of 'We Care HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award 2020', the event was held by HR Asia. Maybank Indonesia is among the list of 42 companies in Indonesia that received awards and came from various lines of industries ranging from banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, petroleum, mining, etc.
Upon winning the award for being the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020' this year, has become Maybank Indonesia’s fifth time to achieve the award since 2015 and on this occasion, Maybank Indonesia received a gold trophy expressing such consistency and achievements every year for the last five year.
In addition to winning the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020' award, Maybank Indonesia was included among the six out of the 42 companies that won the 'We Care HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award 2020' category. This award reveals employees' views on the Company's level of attention and empathy during the pandemic.
Maybank Indonesia’s eligibility for winning awards was determined entirely based on the results of the Bank's employee appraisal which was carried out through the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey method involving three main aspects of measurement, namely Core, Self, and Group.

Meanwhile, the 'We Care HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award 2020' award won by Maybank Indonesia, the award further emphasizes the company's commitment to invest attention and concerns for the condition of employees and their families in the midst of the current pandemic.
