Terms and conditions:

• Promo is valid for Maybank Credit Cardholders who received the SMS or WhatsApp Blast.
• How to receive a credit balance of IDR100,000:
1. Register by sending an SMS to 89811 with the format: REG<space>CB100
2. Make a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 using a Maybank Credit Card.
   Not valid for installment transactions, Maybank XCash, Maybank XBill, and cash withdrawals/cash advances at ATMs.

Credit balance is an additional credit funds credited to your Maybank Credit Card.

• After registration, the credit balance will be credited to your Maybank Credit Card no later than 28 February 2026.
• Maybank Credit Cardholders will be notified via SMS to the registered mobile number in Maybank’s system no later than 1 (one) day after the credit balance has been credited.
• At the time the credit balance is credited, the Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, and have no overdue payments.
• If the Maybank Credit Cardholder does not meet all or any of the applicable terms and conditions, the credited credit balance will be debited back in the following month.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk only accepts responses and complaints related to this program until 31 May 2026.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision by giving notice in accordance with applicable provisions through website at www.maybank.co.id.
• Matters not mentioned above will refer to the program terms and conditions set by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
