QRIS Non-Face-to-Face Transactions via M2U ID App

Enjoy easy transactions with the Non-Face-to-Face QR feature on the M2U ID App. This feature allows you to make payments using QRIS from anywhere by uploading the merchant’s QRIS code saved on your phone through Maybank QR Pay in the M2U ID App. Simply Upload & Pay for all your shopping needs without having to visit the merchant’s location.

Recurring Transfers Between Maybank Accounts via the M2U ID App

You can now set up recurring transfers between Maybank accounts easily and conveniently through the M2U ID App. This feature helps you schedule automatic transfers according to your preferred time and amount. Whether it’s for monthly savings, family remittances, or recurring payments, everything becomes more organized without the hassle of making manual transfers each time.

Authentication Button for Confirming M2U ID Web Transactions

In addition to receiving push notifications from the M2U ID App, you can now confirm your M2U ID Web transactions by selecting the Authentication button available on the M2U ID App home screen. Every time you make a transaction via M2U ID Web, simply tap this button to approve or reject the transaction.

Foreign Exchange Transactions via the M2U ID App

On M2U ID App, Customers can easily conduct foreign exchange (forex) transactions. This feature allows you to buy and sell foreign currencies flexibly, 24/7, anytime and anywhere, directly through Maybank Indonesia’s mobile banking app, without needing to visit a Maybank branch. Access is simple, available through the Transfer menu in the M2U ID App.

In addition, the M2U ID App offers more competitive forex rates. For large-value forex purchases or sales, you can simply upload the required underlying documents directly through the app. Transactions also become clearer and more convenient, as the equivalent value of the source currency is automatically displayed when you enter the transaction amount.

To use the buy/sell forex feature in the M2U ID App, Customers can open a Maybank Super Valas Savings Account in their desired foreign currency at the nearest Maybank branch. This savings product supports multiple foreign currencies such as USD, SGD, EUR, AUD, JPY, and CNY, and is also available in Sharia principles.

M2U Run Together, Stay Connected: Driving Togetherness and Healthy Living with the M2U ID App

Jakarta, October 19, 2025 – A healthy lifestyle embodied through enthusiastic participation in sports has become an essential part of modern life. In line with this enthusiasm, M2U ID App, the mobile banking application from Maybank Indonesia, organized an event called “M2U Run Together, Stay Connected” as a platform to inspire the community to be more active, healthy, and connected through positive activities such as running together.

Organized at ON3, Gelora Bung Karno, the event invited participants, both Maybank Indonesia’s Customers and non-Customers, to join a 5K FUN RUN. Beyond promoting a sense of togetherness and a healthy lifestyle, the activity also served as a platform to strengthen connections among runners, especially those who are new to Maybank Indonesia, while fostering new relationships.
