Terms and Conditions for the Halal Certificate Process

1. The program applies to business owners who are already Maybank customers.
2. Process to obtain a Halal Certificate:
   1. Ensure that you have applied for Maybank SME online through Maybank eBiz MAXI.
   2. Contact your Relationship Manager (RM) or Business Financial Advisor (BFA), or visit the nearest Maybank branch. You may also inquire about branch locations for business registration.

   4. Once the registration is completed, the Customer will be directly contacted by an LPPOM facilitator and will go through an assistance process until the Halal Certificate is issued by BPJPH (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal). The Customer will receive a guaranteed service level.
   5. The average duration of the assistance process until the Halal Certificate is issued ranges from 21–45 working days, depending on the document review process, field audit, laboratory testing, and other factors.
   6. Customers may pay the certification and audit/inspection fees directly through LPPOM, in accordance with the applicable regulations set by LPPOM. The fees consist of Public Service Agency (BLU) fees and Halal assistance fees determined by LPPOM.
3. Maybank acts as a referral channel for Halal certificate participants to LPPOM. The assistance process until the issuance of the Halal Certificate is the responsibility of LPPOM.
4. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program at any time; to apply variations, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion, by providing notice in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on  www.maybank.co.id.
5. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify Customers found or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or performing any deliberate manipulation related to the implementation of this program.
