• This program is valid for Maybank Premier Customers only.
• Customers must maintain a minimum total relationship balance of IDR 500 million, calculated from one (1) month prior to the submission of the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) application.
• This program is non-cumulative, and each customer is eligible to participate only once (1 time).
• This program offers a Medium (M) Safe Deposit Box (SDB) with dimensions of 48 cm (length), 25 cm (width), and 10 cm (height), available at selected branch locations, subject to the following conditions:

The quota available as stated in the table above applies to Maybank Premier Customers on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that the Customers have fulfilled the applicable terms and conditions during the program period.

• To participate in this program, please contact your Relationship Manager (RM) to express your interest in the program and to arrange an appointment for the opening of a Safe Deposit Box (SDB) at a Maybank branch office.
• The one (1) year rental fee waiver for a Medium (M) Safe Deposit Box (SDB) applies only to the first Safe Deposit Box (SDB) with a rental period of twelve (12) months.
• Upon the expiry of the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) rental period under this program, any extension of the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) rental for the subsequent year shall be subject to the prevailing terms and conditions. For further information, please CLICK HERE
• Customers will be charged a Medium (M) key deposit fee of IDR 1,000,000, which will be debited from the Maybank Premier Savings Account at the time of the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) opening. Joint accounts under AND, OR, and QQ arrangements cannot be used as the source account for the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) rental debit.
• Customers are required to ensure sufficient funds are available in the Maybank Premier Savings Account to be debited.
• The key deposit fee will be refunded after the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility period ends, upon the return of two (2) Safe Deposit Box (SDB) master keys in good working condition. In the event that the keys are returned in a damaged condition or are lost, the key deposit fee will not be refunded.
