• Sending an email to customercare@maybank.co.id with the subject KTP (space) last 6 digits of Maybank Credit Card number
• Attach a recent KTP photo document (max. 2 MB)

Please update your data immediately. If you do not update your ID Card information by the specified deadline, we regret to inform you that your Maybank Credit Card facilities will be blocked, and the Maybank Credit Cardholder will be required to pay the total outstanding bill. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Make sure your personal data in the Maybank system is the latest data. If there are changes, immediately update your data.
