Guide to Reset/Unlock Account via account number via M2U ID Web

  1. Open M2U ID Web page www.m2u.maybank.co.id

  2. Click ‘Having Trouble Logging In?’ button on M2U ID Web Login page

    1. Choose reset or unlock via account number from your Maybank Tabungan/Tabungan iB.
    2. Enter the currency type and account number of your Maybank Tabungan/Tabungan iB.
    3. Enter the ATM PIN.
    4. Click ‘Next’ button
  3. Choose one of your Login constraints below:

    Locked Constraints:

    1. If the status is ‘Locked’, then in the “Action” column select ‘Unlock User ID/TAC’ to unlock the user ID.
    2. Your user ID has been unlocked! Click the ‘Login’ button to log in to your account.

    Blocked Obstacle:

    If the status is ‘Blocked’, contact Maybank Customer Care 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas) or visit the nearest Maybank branch office.

    Forgot User ID Problem:

    1. If you forgot your user ID, select the ‘Forgot User ID’ activity then click “Next”
    2. The user ID information has been sent to your email, make sure the email you checked is the registered email for your M2U ID Web/App account and to log in again, please click ‘Log In’.

    Forgot Password Obstacle:

    1. If you have forgotten your password, select the ‘Reset password’ activity and click the “Continue” button

    2. Enter your password and reconfirm your password, then click the ‘Continue’ button. Then, click ‘Confirm’.
    3. Open the pop-up notification from M2U ID App on your mobile phone, then check the transaction details. If they are correct, click ‘Confirm’.
    4. Enter your Secure2u passcode
    5. Your password has been changed, then click ‘Login’ to log into your account.
