Order Flow with iSeller

1. Offline Store (Physical Shop):      
   • Customer visits the store → transaction is recorded via iSeller POS → payment is made (cash or digital) → receipt is automatically printed.
2. Online Store (Marketplace/Social Commerce): 
   • Customer places an order via marketplace (e.g., Shopee/Tokopedia) → order is automatically synced to iSeller system → inventory is updated in real-time → courier picks up the item → customer receives the order.

• Customers who already have a Maybank Current Account/Current Account iB may visit the nearest Maybank branch to complete and sign the registration form.
• Each customer is eligible to register and receive program benefits only once during the program period.
• To receive a 50% discount on the selected iSeller package for one year, as well as a 50% discount on Premium Add-On features, payment must be made using the Customers Maybank Current Account.
• Discounted prices for iSeller packages include 11% VAT.
• iSeller service packages are not bank products. For questions or complaints regarding iSeller services, customers may contact iSeller via WhatsApp support at 0811-8814-011.
• All data, information, and/or documents provided by the customer to the Bank for registration puIDRoses must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. If submitted in copy form, they must reflect the original documents. Should there be any changes, the Customers is required to notify the Bank in writing or verbally, accompanied by supporting documents. The Bank is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or false data/information/documents provided by the customer.
• If the Customer provides data, information, and/or documents belonging to third parties, the Customer declares and guarantees that they have obtained legal consent from the third party to share such data with the Bank. The Bank will store this data in accordance with its applicable data security standards.
• Customers understand that the Bank processes Personal Data and applies Personal Data protection principles in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law), including any future amendments and implementing regulations, such as those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Customers may access the Bank’s Privacy Notice at any time via the Bank’s website: www.maybank.co.id under the Security and Privacy section. The Bank may update this Privacy Notice periodically to comply with applicable laws and internal policies. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the Bank’s explanation regarding Personal Data processing and consent to the use of Personal Data as defined in the PDP Law.
• If, at any time, the Bank provides Personal Data of its authorized representatives to the customer, the customer agrees to apply Personal Data protection principles in accordance with the PDP Law and accepts responsibility for any disclosure of such data to third parties.
• Customers agree and authorize the Bank to share, use, manage, disclose, or verify information with third parties appointed or partnered with the Bank for the marketing of non-bank products/services under the Beyond Banking Program. This includes, but is not limited to, personal data, transaction status, creditworthiness, company name, industry, and annual revenue. Customers understand the puIDRose and implications of providing such data as explained by the Bank.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and iSeller reserve the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time; modify, remove, or add any terms and conditions at their sole discretion, with notification provided in accordance with applicable regulations and published on www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and iSeller reserve the right to disqualify any customer found or suspected to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws, or engaged in intentional manipulation related to the program
