Swipe right on the account dashboard to access the Credit Card menu |

Choose your preferred Maybank Credit Card to apply for installment conversion

Choose the “Installment”
|

Tap the chosen transaction you want to convert to installment

Choose your preferred tenure

You also have the option to select other transactions you'd like to convert into installments. Then, click “Continue”

Read the terms and conditions. Tick the checkbox to agree, then click "Continue." |

Verify, and if the information is correct, click 'Confirm & Request TAC
|

Enter the Secure2u passcode or TAC
|

The installment conversion request has been successfully processed
|

Regarding the interest and fees applicable to the installment request via M2U ID App, it pertains to the interest rates and fees applicable in www.maybank.co.id/cicilanviam2u
