Welcome Bonus up to IDR1 million

1. Welcome bonus start from IDR500,000 to IDR1 million. Customers can choose one of the welcome bonuses among the 3 options below:
   • Sports equipment
   • Detox Package
   • Personal Trainer session at Fitness First
2. The minimum transaction to get the welcome bonus is as follows:

3. Welcome Bonus is calculated using retail transactions (accumulated) with Maybank Fitness First Credit Cards in the first 3 months since your card was approved.
4. To choose the welcome bonus prize, the Cardholder must SMS to 89811 no later than 3 months from the time the card is approved, with the following format:
   1. If customers would like to redeem the prize of sports equipment evouchers, the format of the SMS is:
      MAP<space>last 8 digit number of Maybank Fitness First Credit Card

   2. If customers would like to redeem the prize of Detox Package, the format of the SMS is:
      DETOX<space>last 8 digit number of Maybank Fitness First Credit Card

   3. If customers would like to redeem the prize of Personal Trainer Session, the format of the SMS is:
      PT<space> last 8 digit number of Maybank Fitness First Credit Card

5. If the customer does not choose the welcome bonus prize, the customer will be given prize number 3, namely a Personal Trainer Session at Fitness First if they have met the qualifications.
6. Transactions that are taken into account are retail shopping transactions and installments on EDC machines or online, both at home and abroad with Maybank Fitness First Credit Card.
7. Not valid for Maybank X-Cash, X-Bill, XPJC, Balance Conversion, cash withdrawal transactions at ATM machines and QR source of fund Maybank Credit Card.
8. Welcome bonus only applies to Maybank Main Credit Cards that are first issued.
9. Does not apply to renewal cards or replacement cards.

Terms and Conditions for Selecting Welcome Bonus via SMS

1. SMS selecting welcome bonus can only be done 1 (one) time and can only be valid for 1 customer.
2. If SMS is found more than 1 (one) time, then the prize given is the prize chosen from the first SMS.
3. SMS must be sent using the mobile number registered in the Maybank system.
4. A valid SMS is an SMS registration that is entered into the Maybank system.
5. Cardholders will receive a reply after sending an SMS. Cardholders are asked to keep the proof of reply as proof of selection of the welcome bonus gift.
6. Customers are not allowed to cancel or change the prizes they have chosen.

Terms and Conditions for Welcome Bonus Sports Equipment

1. Welcome bonus sports equipment will be given to customers in the form of MAPCLUB Points.
2. Prizes will be given to the Cardholders MAPCLUB account.
3. For Maybank Credit Cardholders who are not yet MAPCLUB Points members, you can register via the website www.mapclub.com or Mobile Apps.
4. The mobile number of the Maybank Credit Cardholder registered in the Maybank system and the MAPCLUB Points account must be the same.
5. MAPCLUB Points membership follows the terms and conditions of MAPCLUB.
6. MAPCLUB Points can be exchanged for discounts on product prices listed on the MAPCLUB Points website/mobile app. 1 MAPCLUB Points = Rp. 1,-
7. MAPCLUB Points will expire no later than 1 year after the transaction date. Example: Transaction date is 17 April 2023, then MAPCLUB Points will expire on 30 April 2024.

Terms & Conditions for Detox Package Prizes

1. The Detox Package will be given to the Customer in the form of a ReJuve evoucher.
2. The evoucher code and evoucher validity period will be sent via SMS to the mobile number of the Maybank Credit Card Holder registered in the Maybank system.
3. Exchange of ReJuve vouchers can be done at Rejuve stores throughout Indonesia.
4. Prize exchange follows the terms and conditions applied by ReJuve.

Terms & Conditions for Personal Trainer (PT) eVoucher Prizes

1. PT evouchers can be used specifically for Fitness First members. If you are not yet a member, the Cardholder must register for membership to exchange the PT evoucher.
2. This PT evoucher can be used at Fitness First club/gym.
3. To exchange PT evoucher prizes, the name on the Maybank Fitness First Credit Card must be the same as the name on the membership at Fitness First.
4. PT evoucher can only be used 1 (one) time. Evoucher cannot be split, cashed or transferred.
5. If an evoucher exchange is found more than 1 (one) time, we may charge the Cardholder an additional fee according to the use of the PT evoucher.
6. Evoucher validity period is 1 month after receiving SMS from Maybank.
7. Personal Trainer fees and schedule conditions will follow the applicable provisions at Fitness First.

1. Get a 16 month membership at Fitness First or Celebrity Fitness if you register for a 12 month membership by making payments using a Maybank Fitness First Credit Card.
