A. Monthly Cashback

• Valid for the first 3,000 customers who purchase electricity tokens and/or pay electricity bills (PLN) via M2U ID App or M2U ID Web during the program period.
• Monthly quota details during the program period:

• Specifically for electricity token purchases (PLN Prepaid), the minimum eligible transaction is IDR100,000 per month.
• Customers can only receive 1 cashback of IDR20,000 from their first transaction each month during the program period.
• Eligible customers will be determined based on the earliest transaction order for electricity token purchases and/or electricity bill payments via M2U ID App or M2U ID Web while the monthly quota is still available.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer’s active Maybank Savings/Tabungan iB account used as the funding source for the transaction, no later than the 4th week of the following month.
  

B. Additional Bonus Cashback

• Enjoy an additional IDR20,000 cashback for the first 1,000 customers who purchase electricity tokens and/or pay electricity bills via M2U ID App and/or M2U ID Web consecutively every month during the program period. Additional cashback details:

• Eligible customers for the additional cashback will be determined based on the fastest transactions in the final month of the period May 2026.
• The additional IDR20,000 cashback will be credited to the customer’s active Maybank Savings or Tabungan iB account used as the funding source for the transaction, no later than the 4th week of the month following the end of the program period.
  
  

C. General Term & Conditions

• Cashback cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
• The decision regarding customers who are entitled to receive the cashback is the sole and absolute right of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) and cannot be contested.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
