How to Get Access to the running training program

The reward of access to the running training program and a running welcome kit is valid for the first 595 Customers who receive a confirmation email of their participation in this program, and will also gain access to the running training program from Dash Sport as well as the running welcome kit, which will be detailed in the email.
Follow the steps below to participate in the program:
- Download M2U ID and open a Maybank U/U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App. Enter the referral code MR when opening an account.

- Make a fund placement and ensure a minimum daily average balance of IDR 2,000,000 in the Maybank U/U iB Savings Account.

How to receive monthly rewards

The monthly reward is valid for the first 595 Customers who receive a confirmation email of their participation in this program.

Customers will receive an additional benefit in the form of a monthly reward e-voucher by simply logging in once to the M2U ID App each month. The rewards are as follows:

Monthly reward prizes will be sent to the Customer's registered email address in the Maybank system no later than the last working day of that month.
Example illustration: Customers who open a Maybank U/U iB Savings Account account in January 2026 will receive the Running Training Plan and Welcome Kit in February 2026, as well as their first Monthly Reward in March 2026, and subsequently until July 2026.

How to win the grand prize

Customers who accumulate the highest points during the program period have the chance to win the following prizes:

The calculation of the highest points is as follows:

The highest points counted are the final points after customers have redeemed rewards.
In case of a tie in points, the customer who transacted earlier will be awarded the prize.
To be eligible to win the grand prize, Customers must accumulate a total of at least 2,000 points during the program period
The announcement of customers with the highest points will be published on the Maybank Indonesia website according to the date stated in the table above. After that, Maybank will contact the customer via the phone number registered in the Maybank system to allow them to choose their preferred Grand Prize.
Customers with the highest points will have the first opportunity to select a Grand Prize from the five (5) available options. The subsequent selections will be made in order, by customers with the second-highest, third-highest points, and so on, until all Grand Prizes have been claimed.
The Maybank Marathon 2026 Running Slot prize is non-transferable, not for resale, and can only be used by Customers.
The Garmin Smart Watch gift will be delivered to the Maybank Branch Office according to the schedule stated in the confirmation email from Maybank Indonesia. Customers are required to bring a valid form of identification (KTP/Driver’s License/Passport) and present the confirmation email to Maybank Indonesia staff when prize collection.
E-voucher prizes will be sent to the customer’s registered email address in the Maybank system.

Terms & conditions for point redemption

Customers have completed the registration process and received a confirmation email of their participation in the program.
Customers must maintain a minimum average balance of IDR 2,000,000 in their Maybank U/U iB Savings Account throughout the program period.
Customers must have completed at least 3 financial transactions via the M2U ID App in the previous month.
If a Customer’s average balance in any month falls below IDR 2,000,000, transactions in that month will not be counted for points. Points earned previously will still be valid. Point calculations will resume in the following month once the Customer meets the minimum average balance requirement of IDR 2,000,000.
The Customer is required to complete the form available on the Maybank website and provide information according to the desired gift code, as well as enter their unique Customer code. The unique code will be sent via email to the address registered in the Maybank system for Customers who have participated in this program.

Eligible customers who meet the terms and conditions will receive a confirmation email no later than 7 working days after submitting the form.
The total points update will be communicated to customers via their registered email every two weeks on Wednesday.
Customers may redeem their points based on the total points stated in the informational email sent by Maybank.
Customers may redeem points based on the total points accumulated in the previous month. For example, if a Customer wishes to redeem points in February 2026, the total redeemable points will be the total points accumulated up to January 2026.
If a Customer makes transactions after receiving the points information email, the calculation of redeemable points will still be based on the total points from the previous month
Additional points from such transactions will be included in the customer’s total points in the next update, which will take place on Wednesday according to the scheduled update cycle.
If the points information update schedule coincides with a public holiday, the information will be delivered on the next working day.
Customers can redeem rewards throughout the program period and may redeem multiple times as long as they have enough points.
Prizes in the form of goods will be delivered to the mailing address registered in the Maybank system within a maximum of 30 working days after receiving the confirmation email. Customers can update their mailing address through the M2U ID App.

General Terms & Conditions

Applicable to individuals who are not yet Customers or do not yet hold any products offered by Maybank.
All types of prizes are non-cashable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
Points earned are valid for 6 months from the date of program enrollment and may be used for prize redemption or for the calculation of the highest point program. After this period, the points will expire and can no longer be used.
Prizes are subject to availability and customers cannot choose the color of the prizes.
Maybank reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value should the original prize no longer be available.
Prize taxes are borne by Maybank.
This program is not valid for Maybank employees.
