ANNOUNCEMENT


Dear Customers,

Thank you for placing your trust and choosing PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) as your banking partner.

As part of our commitment to provide excellent service and support the Go Green initiative, we would like to inform you of the following changes:
  1. Effective 1 October 2025, the delivery of statement account (Single Statement) for individual Customers both Conventional and Sharia in physical (hardcopy) and e-statement (softcopy) format via email will be discontinued.
  2. Going forward, the Single Statement will be replaced by a Consolidated Statement, which will be sent via email registered in the Maybank system.
  3. For non-individual Customers, both Conventional and Sharia, the delivery of statement account (Single Statement) will be updated, and will still be sent in physical form (hardcopy) or via email called Current Account Non-Individual Single Statement (softcopy).

If you require a printed version of the Consolidated Statement, you may request it by visiting the nearest Maybank branch. The applicable charges are as follows:

Additional Information:

  1. Consolidated Statement reflects the Customers total portfolio, including assets and/or loans/financing.
  2. There will be no charge for receiving the Consolidated Statement via email.
  3. Customers will receive the Consolidated Statement sent to their registered email address in Maybank Indonesia's system starting every 10th of the month, and it will also be available for viewing/downloading via M2U ID App (mobile banking) every 10th of the month.
  4. For individual Customers who previously received printed statements by mail are required to update their email address and switch to Consolidated Statement delivery via email.
    Please ensure your email address registered in Maybank Indonesia’s system is up to date so that you can receive your Consolidated Statement smoothly and on time. You may update your email via one of the following channels:
    • M2U ID App (Mobile Banking); or
    • Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas); or
    • Visit the nearest Maybank Indonesia branch.
