• Program is valid for selected Maybank Credit Cardholders who received the program SMS.
• Period is valid with following terms:

• How to get e-voucher:
  1. Up grade your Maybank Credit Card  at the latest 31^st  December 2019, by registering through send SMS to 69811 with the format: REG<Space>UPGRADE Using mobile number registered in Maybank system. Update your data by calling Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 if there is any personal data changed. Your Maybank Credit Card will be processed, free for life annual fees and send in 14 working days from registration.
  2. Maybank Credit Card must be activate within 7 days after receiving it with one of the following ways:
     1. Send SMS to 69811 with the format AKT<Space>KK#8 last digit Maybank Credit Card from your mobile number registered at Maybanks system. Ex: AKT KK#87654321
     2. Call Maybank Customer Care at 1500611.
  3. By activating Maybank Credit Card, you will receive Optik Melawai e-voucher code IDR1 million, which will be sent to your mobile number registered at Maybanks system.
• e-voucher Optik Melawai IDR1,000,000 :
  1. E-voucher is valid for the purchase of frames, sunglasses and lenses min. worth IDR2,400,000.
     Not valid for Solid Gold, Cartier, Maui Jim, Hoya lenses, essilor lenses, peach labels and marked labels. Hoya, lensa essilor, label peach labels and marked labels.
  2. At the time of payment showing an SMS containing an e-voucher to the Optic Melawai cashier and use the Maybank Credit Card at the time payment.
  3. E-vouchers can only be used for 1 transaction.
  4. E-voucherS  cannot be cashed or combined with other e-vouchers.
• How to get Blibli e-voucher:
  Spend with Maybank Credit Card until 29th February 2020, with following terms:

• Accumulate transaction applied. Not valid for installment transaction, Maybank XCash, Maybank XBill and cash advance.
• Blibli e-vouchers will be sent to your e-mail address registered at Maybank Credit Card system.
• When voucher is given, your Maybank Credit Card must be in active condition, not blocked, no usage exceed the limit and no overdue payment.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision giving the information with 7 working days before through website at www.maybank.co.id
