Terms & conditions:

• Program is valid for selected Maybank Credit Cardholders who received program through SMS.
• Cashback wil be creadited 5% from  the highest transaction at supermarket or mini market during the program period with max. cashback given  IDR100,000 to your Maybank Credit Card.
• How to get cashback :
  1. Use Maybank Credit Card min. IDR500,000 at supermarket or mini market during the program period.
     Not includes installment transaction, Maybank XCash and cash advance.
  2. After making transactions, claim your cashback by choosing these following steps:
     1. Call Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or
     2. Email to customercare@maybank.co.id with the format below:
        
        Subject: REG GROCERIES
        Name :
        Maybank Credit Card number :
        or
        
     3. Send SMS to 69 811 with the format: REG space GROCERIES using your mobile number registered at Maybank system.
        Make sure the phone number is registered at Maybank system, if there’s any changes please update your data by calling Maybank Customer Care at 1500611
• Cashback will be credited only one time to your Maybank Credit Card at the latest by 30^th November 2019.
• When cashback is credited, your Maybank Credit Card must be in active condition, not blocked, no usage exceed the limit and no overdue payment.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision giving the information with 7 working days before through website at www.maybank.co.id
