Apply Maybank White Card by 31^st December 2019 at the latest, register through SMS to 69 811 with the format: REG<space>WHITE Using mobile phone number that already registered by Maybank system. If there is any change of data, please call Maybank Customer Care on 1500611 to update your data. Maybank White Card will be processed and send within 14 working days since registration and will be free annual fee.
Activate your Maybank White Card maximum 7 days after card has been received, with following way:
1. Send SMS by typing AKT<space>KK# last 8 digit of your Maybank White Card number send to 69811 from mobile number registered in Maybank system.
2. Call Maybank Customer Care at 1500611
After activating your Maybank White Card, you will receive IDR1,000,000 Optik Melawai e-voucher code that will be send to your mobile number registered at Maybank system 14 days at latest since to card activation.

E-voucher is valid for the purchase of frame, sunglasses and lense with min. transaction IDR2,400,000
Not valid for Solid Gold collection, Cartier, Maui Jim, Hoya lense, Essilor lense, peach label and marked label.
When making payment, show the e-voucher SMS to Optik Melawai cashier and Maybank Credit Card as payment.
E-voucher can only be use for 1 transaction.
E-voucher cannot be exchange for cash or combined with another e-voucher.

Valid for accumulated transaction, not valid for installment transcation, Maybank XCash, Maybank XBill and cash withdrawal.

When sending e-voucher, Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, there is no usage that exceeds the credit limit, and there are no late payments.
PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia,Tbk has the right to cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add to one of the absolute terms and conditions of the decision by giving notice 7 working days in advance through the website at www.maybank.co.id
