How to get Optik Melawai and Blibli e-voucher:

Send SMS to 69811 with the format: APPLY <space> KK <space> WHITE during the application submission period.
Click the green APPLY NOW button on the top right and complete the data.
The application submission process is 7 (seven) working days after the application is complete.
If the application is approved by Maybank White Card, it will be sent to the address registered on the Maybank system. Or you can also activate it by contacting Maybank Customer Care at 1500611
By activating Maybank White Card, you will receive an Optional Melawai Rp1 million e-voucher code, which will be sent to the mobile number registered in the Maybank system.

Terms and conditions for IDR1 million Optik Melawai e-voucher:

E-voucher will be processed after the Maybank White Card has been successfully activated.
E-voucher will be sent to mobile phone Maybank White Cardholders that registered at the Maybank system.
E-voucher is valid for the purchase of frames, sunglasses and lenses with a minimum transaction of IDR2.4 million.
Not valid for purchases of Solid Gold, Cartier, Maui Jim, Hoya lenses, essilor lenses, peach-labeled and marked labels.
At the time of payment, show the SMS containing e-voucher to the cashier of Optik Melawai and use Maybank White Card at the time of payment.
E-vouchers can only be used for 1 time transaction.
E-vouchers cannot be cashed or combined with other e-vouchers.

Terms and conditions for up to IDR1 million Blibli e-voucher:

Transactions are carried out using the Maybank White Card during the program period

When e-vouchers is given, Maybank White Card must be active, not blocked, no usage exceeds the credit limit, and there are no late payments.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the absolute terms and conditions to the decision by giving notice 7 working days in advance through the website at www.maybank.co.id
