- The Grand Prize is valid for Customers with the most and fastest GoPay top up transactions and have an average balance of Maybank/Maybank iB Savings accounts of at least IDR500,000 per program sub-period.
- The IDR20,000 cashback prize is valid for Customers with the fastest GoPay top up transactions min. 3x per program sub-period.
- Prize Quota is calculated based on the total number of transactions at the end of the month made by the Customer per program sub-period.
- Each Customer is only entitled to win 1 (one) prize per program sub-period. Customers who have won the Grand Prize are not entitled to win the Cashback prize from Gopay transactions min 3x.
- Customers who have won the Grand Prize in the December 2024 Period are not entitled to win the Grand Prize again in the January 2025 Period.
- Information on Grand Prize Winners will be announced via Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- The Grand Prize collection will be held at the branch office where the Maybank/Maybank iB Saving Account was opened.
- The Cashback Prize will be credited to the Customer's Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account which is the source of funds at the time of the transaction and has an active status no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- Prize Tax is borne by Maybank.
- The program does not apply to Maybank employees.
