- The Grand Prize is valid for Customers with the most and fastest DANA top up transactions 1st and 2nd, and have an average balance of Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Accounts of at least IDR500,000 per program sub-period.
- The cashback prize of IDR20,000 is valid for Customers with the fastest DANA top up transactions min. 3x per program sub-period.
- Prize quota is calculated based on the total number of transactions at the end of the month made by the Customer per program sub-period.
- Each Customer is only entitled to win 1 (one) prize per program sub-period. Customers who have won the Grand Prize are not entitled to win cashback prizes from DANA transactions min 3x.
- Customers who have won the Grand Prize in the December 2024 period are not entitled to win the Grand Prize again in the January 2025 Period.
- Information on the Grand Prize Winner will be announced via the Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- The Grand Prize collection will be held at the branch office where the Maybank/Maybank iB Saving Account was opened.
- The cashback prize will be credited to the Customer's Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account which is the source of funds at the time of the transaction and has an active status no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- Prize tax is borne by Maybank.
- The program does not apply to Maybank employees.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision and will be informed via the Maybank website at www.maybank.co.id.
