It's easier for you to give alms via the M2U ID App, here's how to give alms via the M2U ID App:
- Download the Dompet Dhuafa application or via the Dompet Dhuafa website.
- Select the service that the Customer wants, such as Donations, Zakat, Infaq & Alms or Waqf.
- Enter the amount you want to give.
- Select the payment method 'Bank Transfer' or 'Virtual Account' on the Dompet Dhuafa Website
- Copy the Maybank Syariah account number listed on the Dompet Dhuafa application/website.
- Open the M2U ID App.
- Click the transfer menu and select 'Inter Maybank' or Virtual Account according to the payment type you choose.
- Select the account source.
- Copy the Maybank Syariah number from the Dompet Dhuafa application/website.
- Enter the amount of alms selected on the Dompet Dhuafa application/website.
- Check the details again to confirm & Transaction Authorization Code (TAC).
- Transaction is complete.
Terms and Conditions
- The programme is valid for those who are not yet Maybank Customers.
- Enter the referral code "MDD24" when opening Maybank U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App.
- Make an initial deposit min. IDR100,000 to Maybank U iB Savings Account to get an OVO e-voucher IDR 50 thousand or initial deposit min. IDR500,000 to get an OVO e-voucher of IDR75,000.
- The OVO balance is given in the form of an e-voucher with the Customer's initial deposit value based on the following scheme choice:

OVO e-voucher will be sent via SMS to the Customer's mobile number registered in Maybank system no later than 30 working days.

The validity period of OVO e-voucher is 30 working days since the SMS is received by the Customer.

- The cash reward will be credited to the customer's Maybank U iB Savings Account that has been opened for a maximum of 30 working days with the following conditions:
- Accounts in rupiah currency.
- Account is active.
- Terms and conditions of 100% cashback:
- Cashback obtained is 100% maximum worth IDR50,000 per Customer from a total of 3x transactions min. IDR25,000 in the same month of account opening.
- If the Customer transact min. IDR25,000 more than 3x in the same month after opening savings, then 100% cashback will be given only from the total value of 3x first transactions min. IDR25,000 or maximum IDR100,000.
- Cashback will be credited to Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account which is open a maximum of 30 working days after the month the Customer made the transaction.
- Cashback is given if the account used for the program is active. If the account is not active or has been closed, cashback cannot be given.
- Rewards/gifts given come from the Bank's financial resources and are not part of the Customer's profit sharing.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own discretion has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other deliberate manipulation in connection with the implementation of the program.
