Pintar is a traditional life insurance product with payment options between Single Basic Premium or Annual Periodic Premium for 2 years which provides Death Benefit, Accidental Death Benefit, and Education Fund Benefit when the Insured reaches the age of 75 years or the end of the coverage period (whichever the former).
Notes:
(1) The total premium paid by the Policyholder or Premium Payer (whichever is appropriate and accepted by Allianz).
(2) Policy year from the effective Policy date.
(3) 100% of the Sum Insured if the Insured dies after 2 years from the Effective Policy Date as stated in the Policy Data or the Endorsement, if any
(4) In the event that the Insured is covered by more than 1 insurance policy issued by Allianz which provides insurance benefits in the form of accidental death benefits similar to accidental death benefits based on the MyProtection PINTAR(dana PendidIkaN diserTAi pRoteksi) Policy, then the accidental death benefits will be paid by Allianz for the entire policy including the MyProtection Pintar (education fund with protection Policy a max. of IDR10,000,000,000) for policies denominated in Indonesian Rupiah or USD770,000 for policies denominated in US Dollars.
(5) 105% + 105% of the total premium paid (if the Insured dies within 2 Years of Policy) or 100% + 100% Sum Assured (if the Insured dies after 2 Years of Policy), as stated in the Policy Data or Endorsement, if any. Accidental Death Benefit will only be paid if the Insured dies within 90 days from the date of the Accident.
(6) 100% Sum Insured.
(7) End of Coverage Date as stated in the Policy Data.
(8) The Policy Submission special for adults with income as an insured that is classified to Simplified Issuance Offer (SIO) . For a Policy submission with Sum Assured exceeding IDR10 billion / USD770,000 will be subject to Full Underwriting.
Payment of the Death Benefit or Accidental Death Benefit will automatically terminate the Policy. Any Insurance Benefit will be paid by Allianz after first deducting any outstanding obligations (if any).
