• How to get discount vouchers of IDR4,5 million
  1. Download M2U ID and open a Maybank U iB Savings Account.

  2. Place funds in Maybank U iB Savings Account with a minimum deposit of IDR1 million.
  3. Maintain a minimum balance of IDR1 million until the end of the account opening month.
• Terms for the IDR4,5 million discount voucher:
  1. The discount voucher will be issued within a maximum of 60 working days after the Customer has successfully fulfilled all program requirements and conditions.
  2. The discount voucher can only be used to redeem an Umrah package with Khazzanah Tour & Travel.
  3. The voucher must be redeemed no later than 30 June 2026 after it has been received by the Customer.
  4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other types of rewards.
  5. The voucher is non-transferable and valid for only one Umrah package.
  6. Khazzanah Tour & Travel is an official Hajj & Umrah partner collaborating with Maybank Indonesia. The partner operates in Umrah and Special Hajj travel services and is licensed under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
  7. For information or inquiries regarding voucher usage, Customers may contact the Person in Charge (PIC), Yadin, at +62 858 9210 0300.
  8. Customers agree to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah partner for verification and Umrah package offers.
  9. If there are complaints regarding Umrah services, Customers may directly contact the PIC of Khazzanah Tour & Travel.
  10. If there are changes to the Umrah schedule by the Hajj & Umrah partner resulting in travel dates falling outside the voucher validity period, the reward will remain valid with the closest available schedule after the voucher validity period.
  11. Any increase in package price will be borne by the Customer.
  12. The Umrah package is not a product of Maybank Indonesia.
  13. Departure confirmation and all Umrah travel services are fully the responsibility of Khazzanah Tour & Travel.
• The reward options in this program are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia is unable to accommodate specific Customer requests for certain denominations, and fulfillment will be subject to availability.
