Terms and Conditions:

• Referrers must have a Maybank Savings/iB Savings account.
• Referrers must comply with the following conditions:
  1. The referred party must not have previously been a Maybank customer and must not have any savings, deposit, or investment products with Maybank.
  2. The referrer must maintain an average balance of the total managed funds at Maybank in accordance with the customer's current Mass Banking/Privilege/Premier services, as specified in the table below.
  3. This program does not apply if the referrer recommends a prospective customer whose home address on their ID card matches theirs.
  4. Referral providers can refer potential new customers with services different from their own.
  5. Ensure that the referred customer completes the registration form so they can receive a cash reward.
• How to receive the reward:
  1. The referred customer must open a Maybank U/U iB Savings account, followed by a Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings account via the M2U ID App by entering the referral code MGM + the referring customer's account number (e.g., MGM8049022000) upon account opening.
  2. After opening the account, the referred customer must complete the registration form, which must be completed on the same day as the account opening. Please retain the application number on the last page of registration as proof of registration for this program.

     If the referrer is a Premier Customer, they can contact their Relationship Manager (RM) or Privilege Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) to assist with the program.

• Cash reward conditions are as follows:
  1. A cash reward will be given to the referrer if their friend/relative successfully signs up for a Maybank Global Access/Global Access iB Savings account according to the terms and conditions.
  2. The amount of cash reward that the referrer can receive is based on customer category as follows:
     

     Segment of Referee	Maximum Cash Reward / referee
     Maybank Mass Banking   Referring customers must have a minimum total managed fund of IDR5 million	IDR67,000 per customer.
     Maybank Privilege Referring customers must have a minimum total managed fund of IDR50 million	IDR267,000 per customer.
     Maybank Premier Referring customers must have a minimum total managed fund of IDR500 million	IDR767,000 per customer.

      
  3. Cash rewards will be credited to Maybank Savings/iB Savings accounts in Rupiah, and the account must be active/not dormant, within a maximum of two months after the referred customer meets the program requirements.
