• Customers will receive the reward ticket in the form of an e-voucher sent to the email address registered in the Maybank system no later than 20 January 2026.
• The e-voucher can be exchanged for a wristband for the exclusive line at the Maybank booth during the event.
• In addition to receiving the CONNECT 4 event ticket, customers will also receive one (1) stamp to participate in the Passport Challenge and win various attractive prizes. To participate, simply show the email containing the CONNECT 4 ticket e-voucher to Maybank staff at the booth during the event. Collect a total of 5 stamps to enter the drawing and win Umrah travel tickets or an intimate dinner with global speakers.

• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulation in connection with the program's implementation.
