• Average Monthly Balance calculations exclude any funds blocked/held due to program participation
• Retail transactions using Maybank QR Pay or the Maybank Privilege Debit Card, funded from a Maybank Tabungan U/Tabungan U iB account, are eligible for cashback of up to IDR200,000 per month.
• Monthly bill payments (such as electricity, water, telephone, and cable TV) via the M2U ID App are eligible for cashback of up to IDR50,000 per month.
• Cashback will be credited to the U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account in the following month after the transaction period.
• If the U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account has matured, cashback will be credited to the newly opened U Goal Saver account.  Kindly ensure that a new U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB account is opened upon maturity to remain eligible for cashback under the Smart Spending feature.
• U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB accounts cannot be withdrawn prior to maturity in accordance with the selected tenor. Early withdrawal is only permitted after 3 (three) months and will be subject to a fee of IDR10,000 per account.
• Customers who hold more than one Maybank Tabungan U or Tabungan U iB account are required to close one account so that only one active Tabungan U/Tabungan U iB account remains.
• If a customer holds more than one Tabungan U/Tabungan U iB account, or a combination of both, only one account will be used as the basis for cashback calculation, namely the account with the highest total transaction value within the month. Cashback is funded by the Bank and does not form part of the customer’s profit-sharing entitlement.
• For Customers holding multiple Maybank Savings Accounts with Smart Spending benefits (such as Maybank Global Access or Payroll Savings Account), the maximum cashback awarded will be the highest single benefit amount.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to review, verify, and decline any account opening application submitted by customers in accordance with applicable regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program, as well as to vary, remove, or add any of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with prior notice in accordance with applicable regulations. • PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer who is found or suspected to have engaged in fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations, or conducted any form of manipulation in relation to this program.
