Terms and Conditions

Applicable for those who are not yet Customers or do not yet have any products available at Maybank.
Make the fund placement and ensure that the average daily balance in the account opening month is a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 in Maybank U/U iB Savings

Enter the referral code during the opening of Maybank U/U iB Savings Account according to the desired reward package and maintain the minimum average daily balance as follows:

Customers may enter only one referral code, either in the referral code field or in the promo code field. If different codes are entered in both fields, the Customer will be deemed ineligible to participate in the program.
Must conduct financial transactions via M2U ID App using funds from Maybank U/U iB Savings Account in the same month the account is opened.

Illustration Example:
- Customer A opens Maybank U/U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App on 1 March 2026 with referral code PLATINUM, maintains an average daily savings balance of IDR 5,000,000 in March 2026 and a financial transaction has been conducted via M2U ID App, the Customer will receive a 1-month VIDIO Platinum subscription.
- Customer B opens Maybank U/U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App on 16 March 2026 with referral code ULTIMATE, maintains an average daily savings balance of IDR 23,000,000 in March 2026and a financial transaction has been conducted via M2U ID App, the Customer will receive a 3-month VIDIO Ultimate subscription.
The average balance and transactions counted must come from the same source, namely the Maybank U/U iB Savings Account opened during this program period.
VIDIO subscription packages will be sent to the Customer’s email registered in Maybank’s system during the opening of Maybank U/U iB Savings Account in the form of an e-voucher. Ensure the registered email is correct and active. If after sending the e-voucher the Customer requests an email change, re-sending the e-voucher cannot be done.
VIDIO subscription packages in the form of e-vouchers will be sent no later than the last working day of the month following the month of the Customer’s account opening.
Not applicable to Maybank Employees.
