A Simple Way to Activate Your Maybank ATM/Debit Card via the M2U ID App
Login M2U ID App
Go to the dashboard page
Tap “Card Management”
Tap ‘plus’ symbol (+) at lower right on Your screen
Choose your Maybank Savings to request a Maybank Debit Card/ATM and make sure you have savings in an account with a minimum balance of IDR 100,000
Select “Deliver ATM Card”
Make sure Your shipping address is correct and tap “Next”
Read the confirmation process. Tap “Yes” to continue
Input passcode Secure2u
Your card request process is successful. Check at “Card Management” to ensure Your additional card number is proceeding
Login M2U ID App
Click the menu icon on the upper left of your Account Screen
Select Card Management
Click the three-dot icon on the debit card you would like to activate
Select Activate Card
Input Secure2u passcode
Card activation is successful
ATM pin will be sent via SMS
