Dear Valued Customer,

Due to changes in internet service for individual/home users (Residential Customers) from First Media to XL SATU, effective 5 June 2026 there will be changes to the bill payment method via M2U ID App.

Customer Type Until 4 June 2026 Effective 5 June 2026

Residential Customer

Payment via M2U ID App (mobile banking) under the First Media payment menu

Payment via M2U ID App (mobile banking) under the XL SATU payment menu

Please note that starting from 5 June 2026, any payment made through the First Media menu will be automatically refunded to the Customer’s Savings Account. Customers are kindly requested to make the payment again under the XL SATU menu on M2U ID App.

For business or commercial internet service (Non-Residential Customers), there will be no changes. Payments can still be made through First Media menu via M2U ID App, M2U ID Web and Maybank ATM.
