4. Select the Source Account that you want to use for the transfer

5. Enter the Maybank Virtual Account number then click ‘Continue’

6. Enter the amount you want to pay. Make sure the nominal entered matches what is stated on the invoice, click ‘OK’ to continue

7. Enter a message or email receipt (optional), Click “Process” to continue the transaction

8. On the transaction confirmation page check the transaction information again, if it is correct click ‘Confirm’ to continue

9. Enter the Secure2u passcode

10. The transaction via Maybank Virtual Account has been successful. Click Done to end the transaction

Pay Tuition Bill via M2U ID Web

The second option to pay tuition fees is through the M2U ID Web service. This service is perfect for parents who are more comfortable transacting via computer or laptop.

The steps to pay tuition bills via M2U ID Web are as follows:

1. Login to M2U ID Web at www.m2u.maybank.co.id

2. After entering the M2U ID Web dashboard, click the "Transaction" button on the top right./p>

3. Setelah masuk ke dashboard M2U ID Web, klik tombol "Transaksi" di bagian kanan atas.

4. a. Select the ‘Payment’ menu on the transaction page

   b. Select the source of funds in the ‘Payment from’ column

   c. Select the ‘Other Bills’ option in the ‘Payment for’ column

5. Select the Education biller in the ‘Select your Biller’ column.

6. Select the recipient

7. Enter the payment information such as the recipient's Virtual Account number and the payment amount, then click ‘Pay’

8. On the transaction confirmation page, check the payment details again, if it is correct click ‘Confirm’

9. Open the pop-up notification from the M2U ID App on your mobile phone, then check the transaction details. If it is correct, click ‘Confirm’

10. Enter Secure2u passcode

11. Transaction successful
