• This program is applicable to both existing and new Maybank iB Current Account Customers.
• Customers who do not yet have a Maybank iB Current Account may open one at the nearest Maybank branch and complete the required program registration form. For more information:

• Customers who already have a Maybank iB Current Account may directly visit the nearest branch to complete and sign the program registration form.
• Customers are eligible to receive special subscription pricing upon activating and using Maybank iB Current Account as the primary collection bank account within the Pintro ID platform.
• Customers may select one of the available promotional schemes in accordance with Pintro ID’s applicable terms and conditions.
• Customers who meet the program requirements are eligible to receive special discounted subscription pricing for Pintro ID software for a minimum of 500 students.
• Customers may obtain a waiver on the activation fee by placing funds in accordance with the Bank’s requirements.
• Customers who opt for the activation fee waiver will only be charged a one-time fee at the initial stage after the placement of funds has been completed. Subscription fees will continue to apply in accordance with Pintro ID’s terms.
• Customers participating in the activation fee waiver program remain eligible to receive special subscription pricing by opening a Maybank iB Current Account.
• Cash rewards will be credited to the Customer’s registered and active Maybank iB Current Account no later than 30 working days after all account opening requirements, fund placement, and fund blocking have been fulfilled. If the account becomes inactive or is closed, the cash reward will not be granted.
• This program applies to Maybank iB Current Account denominated in IDR and in active status, with indicative profit sharing based on the prevailing rate.
• This program is applicable to non-retail Maybank iB Current Account (IDR) accounts, excluding:
  1. Maybank iB Current Account under the Wadiah contract
  2. Maybank Current Accounts used as underlying for B2B transactions
  3. Maybank Current Accounts linked to KPR Bebas Bunga/Pembiayaan Properti iB Bebas.
• The program applies only to incremental balances (fresh funds) placed in Maybank iB Current Account.
• Customers are not permitted to participate in other Maybank Current Account programs during their participation in this collaboration program with Pintro ID, including Maybank Business Current Account.
• Customers will continue to receive applicable profit-sharing returns in accordance with the prevailing rates.
• Rewards provided are stated on a net basis, after deduction of applicable taxes at 20%.
• Pintro ID services are third-party products. Any complaints or issues related to such services should be directed to the respective service provider.
• Rewards are funded by the Bank and do not constitute part of the Customer’s profit-sharing entitlement.
• All data, information, and/or documents submitted by the Customer to the Bank for registration purposes must be true, accurate, and up to date (or true copies of original documents). Any changes must be promptly notified to the Bank, supported by relevant documentation. The Bank shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the Customer.
• Where the Customer provides data, information, and/or documents belonging to third parties, the Customer represents and warrants that proper consent has been obtained from such parties. The Bank will store such data in accordance with its prevailing data security standards.
• The Customer agrees to and authorizes the Bank to use, process, disclose, and/or verify information with third parties engaged by the Bank in relation to non-banking products and services under the Beyond Banking program. This includes, but is not limited to, personal data, transaction status, collectability, company name, industry, and annual turnover. The Customer acknowledges having understood the purpose and implications of such data sharing.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and Pintro ID reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate this program at any time, including varying, removing, or adding to these terms and conditions, with prior notice in accordance with applicable regulations. • PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and Pintro ID reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer found or suspected to be engaging in fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, or undertaking any form of deliberate manipulation in relation to this program.
