Terms and conditions:

• Applicable to all individual Maybank Customers aged 17–55 years with a maximum age of 60 years at program deadline and Customers may participate in the program under two scheme options, with the following details:
  1. Fund placement scheme
     By visiting the nearest Maybank branch.

     1. This scheme applies to the following types of Maybank Savings Accounts:
        1. Maybank U iB Savings Account
        2. Maybank Reguler iB Savings Account (except iB)
        3. Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
        4. Maybank MAKSI iB Savings Account
        5. Maybank Woman One iB Savings Account
        6. Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
        7. Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
        8. Maybank SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum tenor 12 months)
     2. Top up fresh funds in a Maybank Savings Account and the funds will be blocked for a certain period. The definition of fresh funds is as follows:
        1. New funds in the form of cash deposits and not a transfer from another account within Maybank.
        2. New funds in the form of incoming transfers from another Bank.
     3. If the funds are withdrawn before the blocking period ends at the Customer’s request for any reason, including if the Customer passes away, a cancellation administrative fee / program administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  2. Regular saving scheme via M2U ID App
     Save regularly by opening Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account with the source account from a Maybank Savings Account.

• Provide an initial deposit and 1 (one) monthly deposit or place funds in the source account according to the table above.
• The source of funds account used in this program must not be a joint account (OR/AND/QQ).
• The reward options in this program are subject to the stipulated terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate specific requests from Customers for certain denominations, therefore rewards will be adjusted according to availability.
• Customers may have the opportunity to participate in this program more than 1 (one) time during the program period.
• Qurban e-voucher terms and conditions:
  1. The e-voucher will be sent to the Customer’s email address registered in the Maybank system, within a maximum of 60 working days from the date of program participation.
  2. The e-voucher can only be redeemed for qurban purchases with official partners cooperating with Maybank, namely Rumah Zakat & Salam Setara.

  3. To use the e-voucher, the Customer may directly contact the contact person (PIC) stated in the e-voucher sent to the Customer’s registered email address in the Maybank system.
  4. The e-voucher cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other types of rewards.
  5. The e-voucher validity period is until 31 December 2026.
• The rewards provided are in net value, after deduction of 20% tax.
• Customers will be charged a administrative fee for Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account (1% of the last balance amount or minimum IDR100,000) and a program cancellation administrative fee as stated in the Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account Opening Notification email if:
  1. The Customer closes the account before the predetermined maturity date.
  2. There are 3 (three) failed debits from the source account for monthly deposits, resulting in the account being automatically closed by the system. The Customer is required to provide sufficient funds in the source account every month on the same date as the account opening date, in accordance with the monthly deposit amount, to avoid failed debits.
  3. The Customer’s account is closed before the predetermined maturity date at the request of the heir / due to 3 (three) failed debits because the Customer passes away and/or for other purposes.
• Customers will continue to receive the profit rate of Maybank Ib Savings Account, in accordance with the applicable profit rate provisions.
• The rewards provided are funded by the Bank and are not part of the Customer’s profit sharing.
• Matters not stated above refer to the general terms and conditions of Maybank Gift via M2U ID App.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program earlier; vary, remove, or add any of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing notice in accordance with applicable provisions and such changes will be announced at www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time, based on its own consideration, reserves the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations, and/or conducted other deliberate manipulation in connection with the implementation of the program.
